Elyse Klein

President

Elyse began her career with EDP World, Inc. in 1979, joining the firm as a recruiter of IT professionals and servicing a variety of industries. Elyse quickly built and cultivated the business, recognizing the opportunity to expand into the technology consulting and operations space. Soon after, EDP World became one of the first staffing agencies dedicated solely to the placement of IT professionals on a fulltime, consulting, and retained search basis. In 2000, Elyse became a founding partner in RWD Executive Search, which was later acquired by EDP World, Inc. Under Elyse’s 40 year’s of leadership, EDP World has shifted its focus and grown to become a market leader within the IT staffing and consulting industry. Today, Elyse plays a strategic role in EDP World’s day to day operations, and is a member of the Women’s Bond Club. Elyse is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, with a BA degree in Education and Languages.

Deborah McDermott

Chief Financial Officer

Deborah is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audits, billings, revenues, costs and budgeting. She also leads all human resources activities. Her career spans more than 25 years of varied experience in financial management and business management. Deborah’s fiscal and corporate skills have successfully guided the firm through growth and acquisition, during both bear and bull markets. Prior to joining EDP World, Inc., Deborah built and managed her own accounting practice, where she served clients across the hospitality, retail, legal and real estate industries. Born in Chicago, Deborah received her early education in Europe and then earned her degree in Accounting from Pace University.
